We also offer Property Management Services through a third party. We can either put you in touch with a reasonably priced and dependable property manager or we can contract with them, on your behalf, to manage your property for a small surcharge.
Of course, we do charge a fee for our services in line with the local marketplace. We also will discount our services for providing tenant placement to multiple properties.
